HB FITNESS COMPANY BACKGROUND

HB Fitness was founded in 2003 in Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is to provide complete health and wellness solutions for gyms worldwide, with an emphasis on personal training. HB Fitness offers complete personal training services to freestanding gyms as well as fitness centers located in office parks, residential complexes, and country clubs to name a few.

All personal trainers and sales staff are trained and certified on the HB Fitness Health & Wellness Program and on our licensed, patented System 3 platform. At our corporate training center (pictured on left), located in Smyrna, Georgia, we provide thorough instruction on our overall program as well as on System 3, incorporating both core and functional training.

Since our inception, HB Fitness has focused on understanding the current personal training industry and identifying areas for improvement in the future. Based on our observations and first-hand experience, we have developed an innovative web-based technology solution to help manage all aspects of physical fitness, nutrition, and personal training. HB Fitness' proprietary platform, System 3, is available to all HB Fitness partners and members worldwide and is accessible online with secure features.
