Personal Training

HB Fitness trainers are also knowledgeable about nutrition, motivation, weight loss, and healthy eating to ensure their clients get more than just a good workout. It’s an overall fitness and wellness plan that encompasses all aspects of a healthy lifestyle.

9 Point Body Fat Analysis

We offer a 9 point body fat analysis that effectively determines how much a client's bones, muscle, fat, and intestines weigh. From the amount of muscle in an individual's body, we can then determine how much of each of the following is needed to achieve their goals: protein, carbs, minerals, salts, water, sugar, cardio, aerobics, weight training, vitamins, nitrogen, and sleep. Additionally, HB Fitness performs a VO2 max test which tells a client how many liters of oxygen are in their blood; from this measurement, we can determine how much fat can be burned efficiently.

Classes

HB Fitness provides class instruction in everything from aerobics and yoga to kickboxing and Boot Camp. Our classes are not only fun and energetic, but also provide a great workout.

  • Aerobics: Both high and low-impact aerobics with an emphasis on how to exercise safely while burning fat and strengthening muscles.
  • Circuit Training: A weight training class in constant rotation, focusing on burning fat and toning muscles.
  • Step Aerobics: A step class using body resistance to strengthen and shape.
  • Boot Camp: A high-energy, fun class combining aerobics and weightlifting into one supercharged class.
  • CardioFunk: A class with progressive dance moves for high-energy folks.
  • Pilates: A low intensity, calorie-burning class that sculpts and reshapes the body. Pilates promotes movements that streamline the shape of arms, abs, hips, thighs, and buns.
  • Yoga: A class specializing in burning fat internally and strengthening organs leading to a stronger and healthier lifestyle. Yoga has great benefits from those with diabetes, heart conditions, hypertension, and osteoporosis.
  • Self-Defense: Classes teach you how to defend yourself from a would-be attacker, including basic moves on breaking holds, throwing punches, and recognizing potentially unsafe situations. This class builds confidence, endurance, and self-awareness.

Sales Management

HB Fitness can also provide an on-site Sales Manager to promote personal training and classes at office parks, condos, and country clubs.

System 3 Online (Web-based) Technology

Members can directly manage their health program online and schedule training appointments at their convenience. System 3 also serves as a convenient and secure way to manage billing and collection of all fees.
